About Us
Paul Chavez, CEO and Founder of Twelve Bravo Logistics Consulting, has spent nearly four decades building and leading logistics operations in both commercial and healthcare settings.
His journey began as a U.S. Army Combat Engineer (Twelve-Bravo), where he gained early experience in company-level logistics and deployment readiness.
Following his military service, Paul built a career at United Parcel Service, rising to Division Manager and overseeing more than 800 employees across multiple facilities. His leadership in cost containment, operational excellence, and safety compliance prepared him to transition into healthcare logistics.
At Sutter Health, Paul served as System Logistics Manager, creating the ‘One Sutter’ courier system to support 24 hospitals, 300 clinics, and 35 surgery centers. He went on to optimize services across pharmacy, sterile instrument transport, supply chain, mail, and warehousing always aligning logistics performance with patient needs.
After retiring from Sutter Health in 2025, Paul founded Twelve Bravo to help other health systems achieve the same levels of efficiency, compliance, and cost savings. His purpose is clear: to ensure patient care is always supported by world-class logistics.
